Welcome to Vince's Spaghetti in Ontario, CA.

Classic Car Cruise Tuesday June 1st, 2010 at Vince's Spaghetti.

Vince's Spaghetti opened in Ontario, California in September 1945 as a six stool, open air French Dip Stand. If Frank Cuccia's uncle hadn't eaten a plate of his grandmother's spaghetti in front of the customers, Vince's Restaurant might still be a French Dip Stand.

Today Vince's is still owned and operated by the original Cuccia family and operates out of it's original restaurant on Holt Blvd.

An Inland Valley mecca for pasta lovers and their families.

The Vince's on Holt can easily serve over 9,000 meals in a week, over 1,5000 miles of spaghetti each year and over 21 tons of spaghetti served every month. On a typical Saturday, Vince's Spaghetti serves

  • up to 600 lbs. of spaghetti
  • approx. 50 gallons of tomato sauce
  • about 120 gallons of meat sauce
  • around 2,000 hungry patrons

Enjoy a hearty spaghetti meal in a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere.

Those figures, don't count the number of dishes served at the family's two other Vince's restaurants in Rancho Cucamonga and Temecula. Nor do they reflect the meals served during lunch.
